New procedure for Quarterly Business Meeting Reports:
- Two Sundays prior to a quarterly business meeting, submit written reports to Pastor Jeff using the Quarterly Committee Business Report Form located on the website. These may be submitted through email (preferable), or printed out and placed in the box outside Pastor Jeff’s office door.
- These reports will be compiled (edited for spelling, spacing, etc.) into a packet that will be made available to the congregation the Sunday prior to the business meeting.
- The new business agenda items will be removed from the reports and added to the business meeting agenda.
- At the business meeting, the written reports will again be made available to everyone. They will not be read during the meeting. Instead, each committee turning in a report will be asked if they have anything to add or change, and any questions the congregation has about the report can be addressed at that time.
If you prefer to submit your business meeting report on paper, please download the attached form and provide completed form to Rose Rice or leave in youth mail box.
